"puffed up for one against another."
"For" continued the Apostle, "Who maketh thee to differ from another? And what
hast thou that thou didst not receive? Now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory,
as if thou hadst not received it?"
So ends our survey of the first seven antonyms of I Corinthians. The lessons
embodied therein are of peculiar value to all who would serve the Lord acceptably. May
these lessons by contrast not be lost upon any of us, writer and reader alike.
