DEAR FELLOW-MEMBERS,
While the Witness of The Berean Expositor could be described
as the testimony of one man over a period of fifty-five years, it
would only be partly true.
The Church of the One Body is a unity with Christ as the Head.
"From Whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted
by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working
in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body, unto the
edifying of itself in love" (Eph. 4: 16).
The continuance of this witness depends upon two things:
(1) That we all hold Christ as Head; (2) Realizing that He alone
can use the separate members of this Body if it is to,
"INCREASE WITH THE INCREASE OF GOD" (Col. 2: 19).
Yet another two years of witness have passed, and once again
my fellow-trustees join me in giving thanks for all the loving and
faithful support we have received during this period.
We go forward in full assurance of faith, looking away to Him
Who alone is our sufficiency for all things.
