Let us therefore remember that just as there is a time and season for every purpose
under heaven, so answers to our prayers may be delayed simply because the hour has not
yet come for the answer to be in line with the will of God. Here then comes the need to
watch as well as pray, to wait as well as want, and to possess our souls in patience while
we gladly bow to the whole will of God.
