The word occurs in the King James Version Jer 10:22 (the Revised Version (British and American) "rumour"; the American Standard Revised Version "tidings") and the King James Version Na 3:19 (the Revised Version (British and American) "bruit," appendix. "report"; the American Standard Revised Version "report").
